To provide the best experience for all of our guests and respect the time of our team, please review our updated policy:
Cancellations & Deposits
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all services priced over $45. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
Failure to cancel or reschedule with proper notice (via voicemail, email, or direct communication) will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Appointments may be rescheduled once with the deposit transferred, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Any further rescheduling will require a new deposit.
No-Shows
After two no-call/no-show appointments, we will respectfully end the client/service provider relationship.
Multiple Bookings
Booking multiple appointments with the intent to choose one later will result in the cancellation of all appointments to accommodate clients on our waitlist who are ready to commit to available times.
Safety First
We reserve the right to refuse any service that may compromise the health or safety of our team members or clients.
